Tri-City Ecology Center considers environmental education as essential for the success of future generations.

TCEC maintains an office and resource center at 3375 Country Drive in Fremont. It is open Thursday from 11:00 am to 2:00 pm or by appointment
Eco-Logic, our newsletter, has been informing our members and the community about local and regional environmental issues since 1971
The TCEC website provides the community with updated information, enviro-links, and volunteer opportunities
TCEC focuses on schools with our outreach programs, including art education, garden grants and teaching units
Our book donation program to the Tri-City public libraries is an annual tradition. Each year, since 1972, we have donated $1,000 worth of environmental books and videos to the libraries and schools
TCEC participates in community events as an important component of our education program
TCEC networks with other groups around the Bay to coordinate environmental education efforts and clean up and improve our natural areas
TCEC serves as an information resource for newspapers and other communication media
TCEC educates the community about compostable serving ware
